Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience in healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR/EMR systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, providers, and partners.
• Experience with data quality, regulatory reporting and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains data integrity and validity.
• Conducts data collection and analysis to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Communicates findings with other departments and monitors improvements.
• Investigates data to find patterns and translates data into usable information.
• Collaborates with teams to establish benchmarks and interpret results.
• Provides analytical assessment using decision support and reporting.
• Trains data management staff and shares outcomes with clinical teams.
• Supports leadership with evaluation of care processes using outcome data.
• Uses Lean tools to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Develops reports and presentations for management.
• Knowledge of quality programs (HEDIS, CMS Star, VB care) and reporting methodologies.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI, MS Office.
