RCM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead in Princeton, NJ with hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite) to own health data quality, stewardship, and governance across our patient CRM ecosystem.

You will drive data quality monitoring, incident management, and remediation, ensuring audit-ready data and governance-compliant production changes. This role targets robust data integrity for CRM, portals, and MDM-related workflows.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across data operations, data quality, CRM support, stewardship, and incident management.
• Hands‑on experience with data quality/observability tools and dashboards.
• Familiarity with MDM and patient identity management.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and audit processes.
• Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for CRM or Portal data issues.
• Drive root-cause investigations and corrective action plans.
• Partner across business, tech, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Put lasting fixes and preventive guardrails in place.
• Lead production data change governance and archival readiness.
• Coordinate adjudication between business and technical stewards.
• Oversee data detox and cleanup strategy.
