Job summary

RCM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Master Data & Data Integrations Lead Consultant to architect and govern the patient data framework powering our CRM ecosystem.

You will lead CRM data modeling, patient identity resolution, and govern data across patient, provider, payer, product, and site domains, collaborating with data, privacy, and analytics teams to ensure a scalable, compliant foundation. This enterprise role requires 10+ years of healthcare data experience, hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MDM, data architecture, and migrations in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud and MDM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Familiarity with Patient Services, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacies, PSPs.
• Strong HIPAA, PHI governance, and patient consent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise MDM strategy, identity resolution, and survivorship rules.
• Direct governance for Patient, HCP, Hospital/Site, Payer, and Product data.
• Own data integration requirements across claims, prescription, and enrollment data.
• Establish data lifecycle, stewardship workflows across hubs, portals, and CRM users.
• Govern downstream datasets, AI/analytics ingestion, and data-sharing policies.
• Evaluate emerging data technologies and partnerships for scalability and compliance.
