Qualifications

• 15+ years of Clinical Data Management experience with 3+ years in line management.
• Knowledge of systems, programs, and operations to collect, store, QC/QA clinical data.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH guidelines; SOP development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and control clinical data operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and resources; achieve divisional objectives within budget.
• Oversee client portfolios and develop bids for new projects.
• Ensure data capture instruments and databases are timely and effective.
• Integrate CDM with QA, PM, Biostatistics, and Medical Writing for productivity.
• Plan and implement data management guidelines and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive new systems, standards, and process improvements.
