Job summary

Rho Inc is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to partner with multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle, ensuring data management is planned and delivered with high quality. You will automate tasks, identify data trends, and communicate data-related decisions to sponsors while mitigating risks.

Responsibilities include study design, data build, data review, data acquisition, reporting, and ensuring GMP-like standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2–5 years of clinical data management in trials.
• Experience with an electronic data capture system and CRF design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to follow SOPs.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design CRFs and standard documentation; review protocols.
• Assist with data import setup; support EDC design/testing and UAT.
• Lead data review, cleaning, and reconciliation workflows.
• Manage data acquisition, integrations, and vendor data handling.
• Execute data lock, verify data, support TMF readiness.
• Improve processes; support audits; apply RBQM/QbD principles.
• Coordinate across projects; report KPIs; manage cross-functional teams.
• Onboard and mentor new team members; provide leadership support.
