Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Manager, R&D Quality Risk Management III in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) for a 12+ month contract. Lead QRM activities, ensure GCP compliance, and collaborate with internal R&D teams and CSPs to optimize clinical trial quality and regulatory adherence.

Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in R&D pharma/healthcare, experience in QA/GCP, and strong cross-functional communication. Hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of R&D pharma/healthcare experience in a GCP environment.
• Experience with R&D QRM or QA systems and Health Authority regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage R&D Quality Risk Management activities in a GCP regulated environment.
• Collaborate with CSPs and internal R&D teams on trial design and execution.
• Identify compliance risks, measure metrics, and implement improvements.
