Job summary

Bupa is seeking a data analytics professional to build data assets, develop reporting views and create dashboards across Care Services and Richmond. You will work with large healthcare datasets, producing KPI reports to support clinical outcomes and business performance.

The role requires SQL, some Python, and experience with Power BI, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric, and a willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• A qualification, apprenticeship or formal training in Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience working with SQL and an understanding of relational data structures.
• Some exposure to Python for data manipulation or analysis.
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based data environments.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in turning data into meaningful insights.
• Confidence working with large datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining data assets and reporting views.
• Creating dashboards and visualisations to support business decision-making.
• Producing performance, operational and clinical KPI reporting.
• Working with data from multiple sources across Care Services and Richmond.
• Supporting analytics projects using modern data platforms and reporting tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
