Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform operational and strategic decisions. You will build reports, dashboards, and analytical models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and present findings to stakeholders.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and experience with BI tools; healthcare data familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, business, computer science, healthcare administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases.
• 3–5 years in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel; ability to write queries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performance.
• Translate analytical findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain structured datasets and validate data integrity.
• Collaborate across Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data teams.
