Health Business Solutions (HBiz) is seeking a data analyst to drive data-driven decisions across healthcare, building reports, dashboards, and data pipelines. You will curate data, perform QA, and translate business needs into reliable BI solutions while collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes SQL, Power BI, and data quality, with responsibilities including ETL testing, requirements gathering, and onboarding support for new clients or products.

Formación

• 5 years proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, SQL Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence practices including requirements docs, ETL, data normalization, star schema, QA.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Healthcare revenue cycle or claims experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow understanding of business needs and automate data solutions with autonomy.
• Develop ETL processes, data marts, enterprise data warehouse, reports and analytics using SQL.
• Handle ad hoc requests and analytics using SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Create dashboards in Power BI, gather requirements, document definitions, and publish dashboards with business value.
• Review data quality, document transformations, and handle data integrity during changes.
