Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to provide analytical support for all departments, including analysis, pricing, capitation, network and provider specific reporting.

You will pull data from several databases, perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, experience with SAS or SQL, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Advanced mathematical and statistical techniques applied to health data.
• Strong oral and written communication; results clearly presented.
• Fluent in English.
• Health Care Sanctions background check required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute, write, test, validate, analyze and distribute reports.
• Present results with key findings and trends to stakeholders.
• Perform multiple ad-hoc analyses and reports per customer specs.
• Develop beginner to intermediate reports and automate delivery on schedule.
• Maintain the Departmental Data Warehouse and its documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
