Job summary

Judi Health seeks a Data Exchange Analyst to join the Data Operations team. You will manage data integration, mapping, validation, and monitoring of healthcare data feeds between Judi Health and partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role focuses on 837/835/270/271/278/276/277 formats, onboarding testing, issue resolution, and automation opportunities, with a hybrid work setup across Charlotte, NYC or Denver locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication processes for medical, dental, and vision.
• Familiarity with healthcare EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 835).
• 2+ years in data analysis, integration, or EDI in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FTP/SFTP/FTPS transfers and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data mappings and transformations for healthcare data files.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to define data requirements.
• Onboard, test, and certify new connections and transaction sets.
• Develop data validation rules to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor data exchange quality and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate reports on data exchange performance and trends.
