Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication for medical, dental, and vision.
• Familiarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 835).
• 2+ years in data analysis, data integration, or EDI in healthcare.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data mappings and transformations for healthcare data files.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to define data requirements.
• Onboard, test, and certify new connections and transaction sets.
• Develop data validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor data exchange systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Document data exchange processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Identify opportunities to automate data exchange and improve efficiency.
• Generate and analyze data exchange performance reports.
