Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication and EDI transactions (834/837/835).
• Understanding HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data mappings and transformations for healthcare data files (EDI 837/835, 270/271, 278, 276/277, 999/TA1).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define data requirements and specifications.
• Onboard, test, and certify new connections and transaction sets.
• Develop and implement data validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor system status and data exchange metrics to identify abnormalities.
• Provide troubleshooting support and document exchange processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate data exchange and stay current with regulations and best practices.
• Generate reports on data exchange performance and analyze data trends for improvements.
