Datavant is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive successful delivery of customer projects and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate internal resources across data integrations, engineering, and sales to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in client success, solid project management experience, and healthcare domain knowledge. This hybrid role offers collaboration with multiple teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Client Success Account Management experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or EHR systems.
• Familiarity with Healthcare data systems and the ability to converse at a technical level.
• Advanced Excel skills; some knowledge of SQL queries preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong bias for action and collaboration with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring best result delivery, service and support.
• Manage coordination, tracking and reporting of all customer projects.
• Coordinate efforts across data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and executives.
• Ensure smooth communication channels via regular reporting and updates.
• Own customer operations project management processes and tools.
• Monitor project status and success through the lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer problems; coordinate escalation with stakeholders.
• Prepare final reports and presentations; coordinate results delivery with Sales.
• Identify, define and execute process improvements aligned with goals.
• Partner with engineering to prevent and resolve software issues affecting projects.
