Job summary

Datavant is hiring a Client Success Manager to drive successful outcomes for customer projects in the healthcare data space. You will own relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clear, actionable reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of client success/account management, strong communication and advanced Excel skills, plus familiarity with healthcare data systems and SQL queries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Client Success Account Management experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Datavant relationship with the customer ensuring optimal result delivery, service and support.
• Coordinate, track and report all aspects of customer projects.
• Lead efforts of project resources across data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales and executives.
• Maintain smooth communication channels via regular reporting, meetings and updates.
