Job summary

Prosum is seeking an experienced Manager of Healthcare Data Analytics to lead an operational analytics function in a managed care setting. You will transform complex clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights, guiding decisions that improve outcomes and manage costs.

You will lead a team of analysts, establish analytics processes, and partner with clinical, quality, finance, IT, and operations to align initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of professional data analysis experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and reporting.
• Experience in managed care operations and healthcare analytics.
• Strong ability to translate operational challenges into analytics solutions.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of healthcare data analysts and manage priorities.
• Establish analytics processes from intake to final delivery.
• Develop an analytics roadmap aligned with quality, safety, population health, and efficiency.
• Partner with data and technology teams to expand data sources for analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reports supporting quality measures, KPIs, and financials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics approaches.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (HIPAA, CMS, HEDIS, UDS).
