Job summary

Health Partners Plans is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to compile, verify, and analyze data for clinical and management decision-making. You will work with Qlik, MicroStrategy, MS Access, MS Excel, and other BI tools to produce accurate reports and datasets for multiple departments.

The role emphasizes data quality, dashboard development, trend analysis, and communication of results to staff and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical field.
• At least 2 years of clinical/healthcare data analysis experience.
• Experience with CPT/ ICD-10 coding and DRGs is a plus.
• Strong SQL, Excel and BI reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, meaningful reports for departmental and management decision-making using BI tools.
• Analyze utilization and trend data to uncover drivers and outcomes.
• Define and verify consistent datasets for use by Health Partners Plans’ departments.
• Maintain and automate dashboards and reports for productivity and ROI programs.
• Check data integrity and investigate anomalies; communicate results clearly.
