Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analysis, mapping, ETL, data warehouse or related data environments.
• Advanced-level Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and Databricks experience.
• Experience developing mapping docs and technical specifications; QA/UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor file specs into detailed data mapping documentation.
• Align source data elements with Enterprise Data Platform structures and business rules.
• Liaise among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure proper data integration.
• Support data quality, data stewardship, validation, and post-deployment activities.
• Communicate findings clearly to operations, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
