The role requires a mix of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python skills, plus 3+ years in decision support. A Master’s in a related field is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, Statistics, or related field or 6 years of related experience.
• Approximately 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze large detailed data and extract strategic insights.
• Strong communication and partnership skills across the organization.
• Self-starter with initiative to lead major projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical performance across the organization.
• Partner with hospital and physician stakeholders to provide analytical support.
• Create executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and explain trends relative to budgets and benchmarks.
• Utilize rate/volume calculations to quantify business impacts.
