Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field or 6 years in lieu.
• ~3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive strategic insights.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI).
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on financial, operational, and clinical performance.
• Partner with hospital and physician stakeholders to support major initiatives.
• Create executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and explain variances to budgets and forecasts.
• Utilize rate/volume calculations to assess business shifts.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy policy compliance in data handling.
