Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, data analytics, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in analytics or project management.
• CFA or CMA preferred; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics for the finance department and own reporting automation.
• Coach a small team of analysts and set priorities for analytics work.
• Design models and analyses using SQL, Python, R, and Power BI for senior leadership.
• Partner with controller, treasury, and lines of business to deliver insights.
