Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking an FP&A Analyst III in Tulsa, OK to partner with Finance leadership and technology teams. You will analyze profitability, costs, and financial drivers across the organization, turning complex data into clear insights that influence enterprise decisions.

The role offers exposure to senior finance leaders and meaningful analytical projects with long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of related experience, strong SQL and BI tool skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline with 6–8 years of related work experience (banking preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in BI visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.
• Strong ability to work with large data sets and communicate trends and insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze profitability, costs, and financial performance across products, customers, and segments.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology to support enterprise-wide financial initiatives.
• Support attribution analysis (net interest margin, earnings per share, profit margin drivers).
• Prepare clear analyses and presentations for senior leaders, including CFO-level discussions.
• Work with large data sets using Excel and analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of reporting, tools, and analytical processes.
