Job summary

BOK Financial seeks a Director, Enterprise Information Architecture to lead a diverse team of data professionals and advance the bank's data vision. You will modernize enterprise data architecture, drive roadmaps, and partner with executives to deliver scalable data products.

You will mentor architects, data modelers, and product managers, aligning data strategy with risk, governance, and business goals while navigating complex organizational dynamics to enable enterprise analytics and trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in at least two data disciplines (data management, governance, product development, DB admin) or equivalent.
• Exposure to diverse data technologies, platforms, and processing environments.
• Experience developing architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy and architecture aligned with business goals.
• Create strategic roadmaps and business cases to modernize data platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, usability, and performance.
• Lead and develop a team delivering enterprise data solutions and products.
• Enhance and evolve the enterprise data model to support organization-wide data usage.
• Ensure projects align with enterprise data architecture principles and standards.
• Provide data architecture leadership, solution planning, and delivery cost estimates.
