Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation seeks a Director, Enterprise Information Architecture to lead a diverse team of data professionals. You will modernize enterprise data architecture across structured and unstructured data, align with governance, and drive data products in support of the bank's vision.

You will collaborate with the CDO and governance groups to produce strategic playbooks and roadmaps, shaping enterprise data strategy and architecture across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in at least two data disciplines.
Broad exposure to diverse data technologies and platforms.
Deep expertise in data management, governance, and master data management.
Able to develop architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy and architecture.
Create roadmaps and business cases to modernize data platforms.
Improve data accessibility, usability, and performance.
Lead and develop a team delivering enterprise data solutions.
Evolve the enterprise data model for organization-wide use.
Ensure projects align with architecture principles and standards.
Provide data architecture leadership, planning, and cost estimates.
