Job summary

Cityblock Health is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to design and deliver analytic solutions that inform care decisions and drive operational performance. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with clinical and operational leaders, and build real-time reports using BigQuery, Looker and DBT. A strong background in healthcare data and BI is essential.

You will mentor staff, align analytics with business goals and communicate insights to executives to drive value and equity in member care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advanced analytics delivering insights from data and big data environments.
• Experience with BI dashboards and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
• Strong coding in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/Scala/R).
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring analysts and managing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and research leaders to identify levers for system change and measure results.
• Architect and hands-on develop complex analytics and reporting solutions in the Google tech stack, DBT and SQL.
• Build real-time reporting and dashboards across Clinical, Product, Network and Market teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, prioritizing work and supporting professional growth.
