Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant within its Integrated Health Solutions practice in the United States. The role involves leading analytics projects for healthcare clients, building financial and statistical models, and delivering client-ready insights.

You will manage engagement work streams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 20% depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with analytics focusing on workforce productivity and/or managed care data analytics.
• Proven capability with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, or Alteryx is beneficial.
• Strong communication and attention to detail expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and review outputs for accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional or financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Manage client relationships and communicate results effectively.
• Demonstrate creative use of relevant software tools and analytic methods.
