Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Managing Consultant in the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice to lead quality methodology and analytics engagements for healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders. The role requires advanced problem-solving, strong analytical ability, and experience turning data into actionable insights.

The candidate will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop data-driven strategies, and contribute to enterprise transformation

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
5+ years of work experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proven capability with analytical software: SAS and MS Excel required; Tableau preferred; SQL, Snowflake, R or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Mine, synthesize, and analyze large data sets; identify trends and communicate results.
Create visualizations using Tableau and other analytical tools.
Develop and maintain databases and streamline processes.
Conduct detailed research and summarize literature and data from multiple sources.
Demonstrate creative use of software tools and models to develop solutions.
Audit work products for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate in a team to meet client deadlines and expectations.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Provide creative recommendations during group practice meetings.
