Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in analytics, CS, economics, finance, or health analytics.
• 3+ years experience in workforce productivity analytics or managed care data analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI required; knowledge of Python/R/SAS beneficial.
• Ability to manage processes and junior consultants; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of client engagements and project segments.
• Delegate, monitor progress, and review work for accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional/financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Manage client relationships and communicate results clearly.
• Demonstrate creative use of software tools and analytical methods.
• Support group meetings, business development, and staff training.
