Job summary

BRG's Data & Analytics team is seeking a Consultant to join their team. This role requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability, organization, and a drive to advance within the company.

The consultant will perform execution and oversight of engagement work streams, including statistical and financial analyses, client deliverables, and maintaining client relationships, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent in analytics, economics, finance, or related fields.
3+ years of work experience in workforce productivity analytics or managed care data analytics development.
Proven capability with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI is necessary.
Knowledge of Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, Alteryx, Databricks is beneficial.
Willingness to expand capabilities and manage processes and other consultants.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium client engagements and project segments.
Delegate tasks to staff and monitor progress for quality.
Develop analyses and financial models using transactional or financial data.
Create client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
Manage client relationships and communicate results.
Demonstrate effective use of software tools and analytical methods.
Participate in group meetings and support business development and recruiting.
Prioritize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
