BRG's Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice is seeking a Consultant to join the Data & Analytics team. The role focuses on advanced analytics, data engineering, and technology to improve revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients.

You will manage engagement work streams, build analytical models, and present client deliverables. The position requires strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with analytics in workforce productivity or managed care data analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Power BI; knowledge of Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage processes and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage small to medium client engagements and discrete project segments.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and review deliverables for accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional and financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports; manage client relationships.
