Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience beyond degree.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or data roles within healthcare or insurance with employer group or client stakeholders.
• 1+ years’ experience using SQL, SAS or Snowflake programming experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization techniques/software (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Perform Analytical Studies & Foundational Modeling to assess medical cost, utilization, and operational performance.
• Prepare and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Analyze Medical & Operational Data for Trends & Insights.
• Provide Cross-Functional Analytical Support to Finance, Operations, Clinical, or Product partners.
• Build Analytical Skills & Team Effectiveness via coding, data handling, and documentation.
