Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 1 year of healthcare data experience.
• Minimum 1 year working with computer systems related to healthcare.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience, health data preferred.
• Proficiency in UDS, HEDIS, Clinical Quality Measures data reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau, R, SAS, Python; Business Objects is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and translate requirements into reporting and data solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting including UDS and HCAI.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis using Epic reporting tools and Tableau.
• Provide technical support for reporting systems and Epic applications.
• Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk knowledgebase.
• Participate in business systems planning and project prioritization.
• Assist clinical operations with Epic integration and user support.
• Generate metric reports and participate in trainings and workshops.
