UCSF Health is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to apply analytics to the Contact Center and Access Shared Services. You will deliver staffing insights, performance analyses, and reporting to support patient care operations.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with Epic Apex, and the ability to communicate complex findings to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on service levels are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related area or HS Diploma with four years of related experience.
One or more years of experience in contact center operations (preferably +100 agents).
Experience with large data sets and business intelligence tools.
Strong knowledge of BI functions and analytics for centralized service organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration skills.
Experience with UCSF Epic (Apex) is a plus.

Mansioni

Operational performance analyses for Access Transformation and Contact Center operations.
Forecast staffing needs based on past and predicted demand; adjust staffing levels.
Staffing analyses for onboarding of new clinics/services.
Monitor contact center staffing, call volume, and experience metrics.
Advise on leave management and service levels.
Develop and maintain productivity measurements and dashboards (Epic, Genesys, etc.).
Create and maintain reports for current-state performance.
Support technology utilization, platform implementations, and integrations.
Establish strong relationships with customers.
