Qualifikationen

• BA Degree or 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to present information effectively using multiple media.

• Must multitask and prioritize daily work.
• Desire to grow personally and as a team member.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strategic problem-solving skills.

• Assist or lead creation and updating of documentation, checklists, and procedures.
• Provide excellent quality of work with a customer-first culture mindset.
• Map and script activities supporting new and existing customers.
• Maintain industry knowledge through self-study of new technology updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on development, delivery of updates, and new products.
• Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain knowledge of EPS infrastructure to troubleshoot and recover from downtime.
• Capture customer feedback for future enhancements or follow-up.
• Identify new application opportunities and relay to stakeholders.
• Provide product recommendations to increase revenue.
