Training sessions will be scheduled, and product demonstrations are part of the duties. Starting salary ranges from 53,500 to 65,000 depending on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• BA Degree or 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with detailed written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present information effectively using multiple media.
• Ability to adapt to change and shift gears as needed.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize workloads.
• Desire to grow and develop themselves and the team.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strategic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead creation and updating of documentation and procedures.
• Provide quality work with a customer-first culture mindset.
• Manage day-to-day activities and map/script processes for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of industry updates and new technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on development, delivery, and new products.
• Demonstrate products to customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Schedule training sessions and attend meetings.
• Understand EPS infrastructure to troubleshoot outages and recovery.
• Capture customer feedback for future enhancements.
• Identify new application opportunities and share with stakeholders.
• Provide product recommendations to increase revenue.
