Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Portland, OR team. You will act as a liaison between Labcorp, customers, and patients, handling inquiries via calls and online channels with courtesy and professionalism.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to research issues across multiple databases. Responsibilities include notifying clients of test results, ensuring accuracy of forms, and supporting HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months or more of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between Labcorp, the customer base and patients.
• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via calls or the Internet.
• Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.
• Clarify and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
• Qualify inbound new customers requesting Labcorp's products and services.
• Research complex issues in multiple databases and communicate results.
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Support activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Perform administrative support for medical record management and HIPAA compliance.
