Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification is required.
• 5+ years food ops experience, 3+ years in management.
• Experience with cash handling policies/procedures.
• Familiarity with POS/register systems.
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email & ordering platforms.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality.
• Communicate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to develop menus with market trends and nutrition value.
• Provide leadership that supports a team environment with morale, quality, and respect.
• Maintain/improve customer and patient satisfaction through communication and integrity.
• Lead team recruiting, training, development, scheduling, and assignments.
• Perform daily inspections and coach team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, planning, payroll, and supplies for budget.
• Implement team-building to create a positive, safe environment.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and regulatory agencies.
