The Trainer will design, deliver and evaluate training programs covering CMS regulations, healthcare benefits, and call-handling best practices, ensuring accurate, empathetic, and compliant customer care from our Winchester call center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months or more experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls with patience, tact, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for CSRs.
• Focus on CMS regulations, healthcare benefit knowledge, and call-handling best practices.
• Ensure CSRs deliver accurate, empathetic, and compliant assistance.
• Support Winchester call center operations during the seasonal period.
