Job summary

StratBPO in Winchester, Kentucky is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help individuals navigate ACA Marketplace options. This onsite, non-exempt role offers overtime eligibility and a chance to make a difference through patient, empathic support.

You will answer inbound calls, guide customers through applications and enrollment, document interactions in the CRM, protect privacy, and escalate complex issues when needed.
