The CSR will handle basic inquiries, use standard tools, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate support to vulnerable individuals seeking benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.
• On-site in Phoenix, AZ; remote work not available for this role until proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, emails, web chats, or letters).
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
• Responds to inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
• Follows privacy and HIPAA rules in all interactions.
• Assists caller with filling out online applications and submitting to plan provider for processing.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
