Job summary

Valenz Group seeks a Healthcare Contracts and Licensing Paralegal to manage licensing, regulatory filings, and contract administration for our Legal team. You will maintain licenses, filings, and contract records while ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

You’ll collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to apply contract terms, manage workflows, and support corporate and regulatory processes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in legal/regulatory/licensing roles in healthcare.
• Experience managing healthcare licensing, filings, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare licensing activities across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications and renewals.
• Manage corporate registrations and filings.
• Administer contract workflows and CLM system tasks.
• Review agreements for administrative terms and obligations.
• Coordinate documentation and deadlines with Legal team.
