Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a contract management professional to lead the lifecycle and optimization of vendor contracts. You will ensure compliance, thorough documentation, and analytics to verify negotiated terms and contract performance across a large health system.

The role supports strategic sourcing, GPO alignment, and cross-site contract compliance, requiring CLM and ERP experience plus advanced Excel skills. Normal hours are 8:00a-4:00p with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management and performance optimization of Northside Hospital vendor contracts.
• Combines contract execution, compliance, and documentation with advanced analytics to ensure accountability and accuracy.
• Supports strategic sourcing initiatives, GPO alignment, and contract compliance across a multi-site health system.
