Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead the full lifecycle management and optimization of vendor contracts across the health system.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, CLM/ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure negotiated terms are met and value is maximized. The role supports strategic sourcing initiatives and GPO alignment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with CLM systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full lifecycle management and performance optimization of Northside Hospitalvendorcontracts.This role combines contract execution, compliance, and documentation with advanced analytics to ensure accountability and accuracy against negotiated terms, contractutilization, and contract performance across the organization.This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives,optimizingGroup Purchasing Organization (GPO) alignment, and ensuring contract compliance across a complex, multi-site health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three (3)yearsof experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital environment
• Familiarity with GPO contracting structures
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of rebate structures, tier pricing, and distributor pricing models
• Certificationsuch as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
• Abilitytomultitaskwithastrongabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultiple projects.
• Exceptionalproblemsolving,analytical,lateralandcriticalthinkingskills.
