Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsible for the full lifecycle management and performance optimization of Northside Hospital vendor contracts. This role combines contract execution, compliance, and documentation with advanced analytics to ensure accountability and accuracy against negotiated terms, contract utilization, and contract performance across the organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) alignment, and ensuring contract compliance across a complex, multi-site health system.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. Three (3) years of experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
3. Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
4. Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED:

1. Experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital environment
2. Familiarity with GPO contracting structures
3. Experience with data visualization tools
4. Knowledge of rebate structures, tier pricing, and distributor pricing models
5. Certification such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
6. Ability to multitask with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
7. Exceptional problem solving, analytical, lateral and critical thinking skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
