Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a contract management professional to lead the lifecycle and optimization of vendor contracts. You will ensure compliance, thorough documentation, and analytics to verify negotiated terms and contract performance across a large health system.

The role supports strategic sourcing, GPO alignment, and cross-site contract compliance, requiring CLM and ERP experience plus advanced Excel skills. Normal hours are 8:00a-4:00p with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full lifecycle management and performance optimization of Northside Hospitalvendorcontracts.This role combines contract execution, compliance, and documentation with advanced analytics to ensure accountability and accuracy against negotiated terms, contractutilization, and contract performance across the organization.This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives,optimizingGroup Purchasing Organization (GPO) alignment, and ensuring contract compliance across a complex, multi-site health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three (3)yearsof experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital environment
• Familiarity with GPO contracting structures
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of rebate structures, tier pricing, and distributor pricing models
• Certificationsuch as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
