Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for construction projects in the Greater Boston area. The role oversees self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants while administering the jobsite safety program and quality management.

You will coordinate schedule milestones, track budgets, and manage field changes. Strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver projects on time and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management with 5+ years in construction.
• Understands building plans and specs.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule.
• Working knowledge of cost reports and labor production reports.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program and subcontract language.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Proficient in safety, schedule, cost, quality, and engaging external partners.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractors have valid subcontracts and insurance.
• Serve as OSHA competent person or assign others.
• Preplan operations to avoid hazards and correct hazards promptly.
• Supervise on-site construction to align with plans and specs.
