Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Superintendent in healthcare construction.
• Experience with renovation, expansion and ground-up construction.
• Extensive TI projects and OSHPD regulations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate construction teams, subs, and support staff adhering to project specs and safety regs.
• Manage TI projects with tenants, architects and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Plan and implement renovations/expansions including scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Coordinate with OSHPD officials to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, clients and stakeholders with progress, budgets and risk assessments.
