• Experience with hospital remodels, renovations, TI and ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHPD compliance and guidelines.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure OSHPD compliance at all construction stages.
• Supervise on-site activities, subcontractors, and materials.
• Manage remodels, TI, and ground-up healthcare projects.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other specialists for issue resolution.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting delays and solutions.
• Ensure HCAI prevention measures during construction.
