Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead Healthcare construction projects with OSHPD compliance in Riverside, CA. Ground-up, remodels, TI experience required; oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and quality across multiple hospital projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare construction management.
• Experience with hospital remodels, renovations, TI and ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHPD compliance and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Understanding of HCAI prevention in construction.
• Excellent communication with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure OSHPD compliance at all project stages.
• Supervise construction quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, materials and safety codes.
• Manage remodels, TI, and ground-up healthcare projects.
• Liaise with architects, engineers and specialists to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders with solutions.
• Ensure HCAI prevention measures are implemented during construction.
