Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Assistant Superintendent for our Healthcare TI division in the construction industry in Vallejo, CA. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent, coordinate TI/Tenant Improvements, supervise field personnel, ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, and uphold safety standards on site.

Must have OSHPD/HCAi experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 5+ years in healthcare construction, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within healthcare construction.
• Thorough understanding of OSHPD regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in using HCAi tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in implementing the project plan and schedule.
• Oversee and direct daily operations on the construction site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations to prevent accidents.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets project specs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and rules.
• Assist in preparing project reports and documentation.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with effective communication.
